DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by appellant to hold in abeyance an appeal from an order of the Civil Court of the City of New York, Kings County, entered June 13, 2014, pending a determination by the Civil Court of appellant's pending renewal motion.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the appeal is held in abeyance until January 15, 2016 and the motion is otherwise denied without prejudice to further motions for this relief.
