MARVIN L. DELOSSANTOS & JENNIFER A. DELOSSANTOS, Petitioners v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

David Gustafson, Judge

On December 19, 2022, the Commissioner filed a status report (Doc. 29), in which he asked the Court to enter an order for a remote hearing for the purpose of document subpoena enforcement. The Court entered an order and notice (Doc. 30-31) on December 22, 2022, setting this case for a status hearing during the Court's remote March 15, 2023, Washington, D.C., special hearing session for the purpose of document subpoena enforcement against a third party. However, on March 13, 2023, the Commissioner filed a status report (Doc. 32) in which counsel reports that the third party has complied with counsel's document subpoena. In view of the Commissioner's status report, it is

ORDERED that this case is hereby stricken from the Court's March 15, 2023, Washington, D.C., remote special hearing session. This case will not be called on March 15, 2023, and the third party need not appear. (The Commissioner shall so advise the third party.)
