STIPULATION FOR LEAVE TO PLEAD AND JOURNAL ENTRY


We the attorneys for the respective parties do hereby stipulate that the Defendant UNUMProvident Corporation shall have until July 2, 2003 to move, plead or object to Plaintiffs Interrogatories and Request for Production of Documents filed herein and that the Court may enter an order accordingly, notice by the Clerk being hereby waived.

The Defendant UNUMProvident Corporation has previously been granted -0- leaves to plead for a total of -0- days.
