Marc Jacobs International, LLC, Respondent, of the identity of the defendants John Doe and/or Jane Doe being unknown to the Petitioner, in an action about to be commenced.
An appeal having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 3, 2019, And respondent-appellant having moved for a stay of enforcement of the aforesaid order pending hearing and determination of the appeal taken therefrom, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted with the exception of any names and information that were already produced by Marc Jacobs International LLC or The RealReal, Inc.
