On May 28, 2021, petitioner filed the petition in this case. On December 3, 2021, respondent filed the Answer. Further review of the record indicates that the record does not contain a complete copy of the notice issued to petitioner and upon which this case is based.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before April 22, 2022, respondent shall file either: (1) an appropriate jurisdictional motion or (2) a report addressing the basis or bases for the Court's jurisdiction and attaching thereto a copy of any supporting documentation.
