Plaintiff-appellant having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeal taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about October 12, 2016 (M-4273), And defendants-respondents having moved to dismiss the aforesaid appeal, for failure to timely perfect (M-4620), Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motions, and due deliberation having been had thereon,It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of enlarging the time to perfect the appeal to the March 2018 Term (M-4273). The motion to dismiss the appeal is granted unless the appeal is perfected for said March 2018 Term (M-4620).
