On January 23, 2024, Caitlin Dukes of Spolin & Dukes P.C., incoming attorney of record for Appellant Michael Angel Delarosa, filed a Third Motion for Withdrawal and Substitution of Counsel. The Motion complies with Texas Rule of Appellate Procedure 6.5(b) and (d). Outgoing attorneys Scott Christopher Pope and Daucie Schindler have signed, and "acknowledged and approved" the motion.

The Motion for Withdrawal and Substitution of Counsel is granted. See Tex. R. App. P. 6.5(b), (d). The Clerk of this Court is directed to note the withdrawal of Scott Christopher Pope and Daucie Schindler as counsel for Appellant and the substitution of Caitlin Dukes of Spolin & Dukes P.C. as counsel for Appellant on the docket of this Court.

Appellant's brief is due thirty days from the date of this order. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(a); (d). The State's brief, if any, will be due thirty days after the date appellant's brief is filed. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.6(b).
