Delaney v. Michigan State University

Supreme Court of Michigan
Oct 26, 1999
603 N.W.2d 638 (Mich. 1999)

Opinion

No. 114396 (70)(75).

October 26, 1999.

On order of the Court, the application for leave to appeal from the March 16, 1999 decision of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court prior to the proceedings ordered by the Court of Appeals and any further subsequent review by the Court of Appeals. The motion to strike is also considered, and it is DENIED. The application for leave to appeal as cross-appellant is also considered, and it is DENIED as moot.

Court of Appeals No. 202391.
