Appellant George Delacruz filed his notice of appeal on May 15, 2015. The reporter's record was due on August 21, 2015. Court reporter Kimberly Lee requested and received four extensions of time to file the reporter's record through January 4, 2016, but the reporter's record has not been filed. We order Lee to file the reporter's record in this cause no later than February 29, 2016. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(a)(2). Failure to file the record will result in Lee being called before the Court to show cause why she should not be held in contempt of this order.
