AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 167.2 — reversible errors on trial. In action for personal injuries allegedly sustained when, in nighttime, defendant's automobile ran into truck in which plaintiff was riding after truck had stopped temporarily in inner lane of four-lane highway preparatory to making of right turn into driveway, held that various errors, occurring on trial of case, required reversal of judgment for defendant.
