AUTOMOBILES AND MOTOR VEHICLES, § 167.2reversible errors on trial. In action for personal injuries allegedly sustained when, in nighttime, defendant's automobile ran into truck in which plaintiff was riding after truck had stopped temporarily in inner lane of four-lane highway preparatory to making of right turn into driveway, held that various errors, occurring on trial of case, required reversal of judgment for defendant.

Appeal from Superior Court of Cook county; Hon. WALTER T. STANTON, presiding.

Reversed and remanded. Heard in first division, first district, this court at February term, 1942.
