On January 25, 2024, third party GBX Group LLC (GBX) filed a motion for advice and direction. These cases were called from the calendar at the special session of the Court on January 29, 2024, in Cleveland, Ohio. Vivek Patel appeared on behalf of GBX and made an oral motion to withdraw its pending motion for advice and direction.
