Trial in these cases is currently being held at the Court's special trial session in Cleveland, Ohio. On January 29, 2024, petitioners filed a motion for rebuttal witness to appear remotely. The parties were heard on this motion on January 30, 2024. As we explained to the parties, the Court will deny the motion in order that it might observe the testimony of the rebuttal witness in person.
