DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

By order dated March 20, 2019, appellant was granted poor person status and assignment of counsel, to be represented by Teresa C. Mulliken, Esq. By letter dated May 22, 2019 by Ms. Mulliken, she requested to be relieved of the assignment due to appellant's failure to communicate. By decision and order dated June 20, 2019 counsel was relieved of the assignment. Thereafter, by letter dated June 24, 2019, appellant was directed to perfect the appeal by July 24, 2019. Appellant failed to perfect the appeal or seek a further extension of time to do so.

Now, therefore, upon the Court's own motion, it is

ORDERED that the appeal is dismissed.
