Order denying plaintiff's motion to strike out the defenses and dismiss the counterclaim contained in defendant's answer affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements. No opinion. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Scudder, Tompkins and Davis, JJ., concur.
