An order having been entered on April 15, 2015, granting respondent's motion to respond to the appeal taken to this Court from an order of Family Court, Ontario County, entered December 29, 2014, as a poor person and assigning Susan Jones, Esq., and an order of this Court having been entered on February 11, 2016, reversing the order of Family Court,
Now, on the statement of Susan Jones, Esq., dated February 22, 2016,
It is hereby ORDERED that Tyson Blue Esq., 70 North Main Street, Canandaigua, New York 14424, is substituted as counsel for the purpose of filing and serving an application for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals from the order of this Court entered February 11, 2016, and
It is further ORDERED that the Clerk of the Family Court, Ontario County, is hereby directed to provide Tyson Blue, Esq., with copies of all papers and transcripts of stenographic, digitally recorded, or audiotaped minutes, if any, of the proceedings had and filed in said Clerk's Office upon which the appeal is based.
