ORIGINAL PROCEEDING ORDER DISMISSING ELECTION COMPLAINT

Upon consideration of plaintiff Khistina Caldwell DeJean's election complaint, filed on August 7, 2020, respondent Scott Nago's motion to dismiss the complaint, filed on August 14, 2020, the documents attached thereto and submitted in support thereof, and the record, it appears that this court lacks jurisdiction to consider the complaint. See HRS § 602-5; see also HRS § 11-172. Accordingly,

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that the motion to dismiss is granted and the complaint is dismissed.
