This case is calendared for trial at the Court's November 27, 2023, Atlanta, Georgia Trial Session.

On September 7, 2023, the Court held a telephonic conference with the parties during which time the Court requested that the parties file a Stipulation of Facts to establish basic jurisdictional facts.

After due consideration, and for cause, it is

ORDERED that, on or before September 29, 2023, the parties shall file a Joint Stipulation of Facts with the Court in accordance with the September 7, 2023, telephonic conference. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 29, 2023, the parties shall file a Joint Status Report with the Court as to the then-present status of this case.
