INJUNCTIONS, § 6restraining payment of death benefits pending disposition of claims. Where plaintiffs had expended money for decedent's last illness and funeral expenses, and were seeking reimbursement from benefits representing contributions made by decedent to Municipal Employees' Annuity and Benefit Fund, which constituted the only property left by decedent, interlocutory injunction was properly granted restraining retirement board from paying the benefits to decedent's daughter until the plaintiffs' claims should be disposed of.
