ORDER
VICTORIA REZNIK, UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE:
On December 12, 2023, this Court directed the parties to submit proposed redactions to ECF Nos. 107, 109, and 110. (ECF No. 114). On December 18, 2023, Plaintiff submitted each parties' proposed redactions, along with proposed redactions to ECF No. 113. (ECF Nos. 116 -119). Based on the parties' submissions, the Court has created a version of ECF Nos. 107, 109, 110, and 113 (attached to this Order as Exhibits 1-4) with redactions that are narrowly tailored to balance the presumption of public access with Defendant Day's individual privacy interest in his medical information. See Court's Dec. 12 Sealing Order (ECF No. 114) at 2 - 3; Lugosch v. Pyramid Co. of Onondaga, 435 F.3d 110, 124 (2d Cir. 2006); Robinson v. De Niro, No. 19CV9156LJLKHP, 2022 WL 2712827, at *2 (S.D.N.Y. July 13, 2022).
Exhibit 1 corresponds to ECF Nos. 107 and 117.
ECF No. 117 is duplicative of ECF No. 107, except it contains proposed redactions in highlights.
Exhibit 2 corresponds to ECF Nos. 109 and 118.
ECF No. 118 is duplicative of ECF No. 109, except it contains proposed redactions in highlights.
Exhibit 3 corresponds to ECF Nos. 110 and 119.
ECF No. 119 is duplicative of ECF No. 110, except it contains proposed redactions in highlights.
Exhibit 4 corresponds to ECF Nos. 113 and 116.
ECF No. 116 is duplicative of ECF No. 113, except it contains proposed redactions in highlights and a cover letter.
The Clerk of Court is directed to maintain this Order and Exhibits 1 - 4 of this Order under seal and accessible to selected parties for 14 days, to give either party an opportunity to seek reconsideration or appeal of this Order. If no such motion is filed, in 14 days this Court will issue an order to the Clerk of Court to change the viewing level of this Order and Exhibits 1 - 4 to public.
Also, the Clerk of Court is directed to change the viewing level for ECF Nos. 113 and 116 to “under seal” and accessible only to selected parties.
Lastly, the Clerk of Court is directed to maintain ECF Nos. 107, 109, and 110 as under seal and accessible only to selected parties.
SO ORDERED.
