On May 27, 2022, petitioner filed a Motion to Proceed Remotely, using the form described in the Court's Administrative Order 2021-01, available on the Court's website by clicking "Rules & Guidance", then by clicking "Administrative Orders". Respondent filed a response to petitioner's motion on December 27, 2022, therein stating his objections to the motion. In view of the parties' filings, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 7, 2023, the parties shall confer regarding the status of the case and the parties' views as to the above-referenced pending motion. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before March 28, 2023, the parties shall file a joint status report (or separate reports, if a joint report is not possible), in which the parties shall report that they have conferred as directed and therein describe the current status of the case and of the above-referenced pending motion.
