ORDER

Alina I. Marshall Judge.

This case is calendared for a remote trial at the session of the Court scheduled to commence on December 6, 2021, for cases in which Las Vegas, Nevada, is the place of trial.

On November 5, 2021, respondent filed a motion for continuance indicating therein that petitioner has no objection to the granting of respondent's motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for continuance filed November 5, 2021, is granted and this case is stricken from the Court's December 6, 2021, Las Vegas,  Nevada, trial session and is continued generally.
