BY ORDER OF THE COURT.

Petitioner's motion for extension of time is granted to the extent that the "motion for rehearing; motion for written opinion; and motion for clarification" are considered timely filed.

Petitioner's motion for clarification is granted to the extent that the July 6, 2016, order is vacated and the following order is issued in its place:

The petitions for writ of prohibition, filed in case numbers 2D16–2786 and 2D16–2787, are denied with prejudice. See Sumner v. Sumner, 707 So.2d 934 (Fla. 2d DCA 1998).

In all other respects, the motion for rehearing, motion for written opinion, and motion for clarification are denied.

No further motions for rehearing will be considered.
