This case was on the March 15, 2021 St. Paul, Minnesota trial calendar. We continued it to allow the parties a chance to work out a settlement at IRS Appeals. Respondent recently reported that petitioners' representative has died. It will take some time for petitioners to retain a new one but it is reasonable to keep the case on a status-report track, and it is

ORDERED that on or before August 16, 2021 the parties shall file decision documents, or respondent shall file a status report describing their progress toward settlement.
