ORDER

The motion for reconsideration of the December 22, 2022 order is DENIED. The time for appellant to ensure the transcript of the October 20, 2021 hearing is filed with the trial court clerk is extended to 21 days from the Clerk's certification of the order. The Clerk of the Court is directed to submit the appeal on the involuntary dismissal docket without further notice to the parties on the Tuesday following the expiration of the 21-day period unless a notice of filing transcript for the October 20, 2021 transcript is received by the Court.

The motion to strike appellant's January 11, 2023 correspondence to the Clerk of the Court is DENIED.
