Appellants having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Onondaga on November 22, 2010,
Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Gilles R. R. Abitbol, Esq., sworn to August 3, 2011, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affidavit of Jennifer E. Mathews, Esq., sworn to August 9, 2011, and due deliberation having been had thereon,
It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 15, 2011, is hereby amended by deleting the date August 4, 2011, and inserting in its place the date October 3, 2011.
Memorandum: No further extensions of time to perfect this appeal will be granted.
