Appeals having been taken from an order of the Supreme Court, New York County, entered on or about May 24, 2016, and from two orders of said Court, both entered on or about June 10, 2016, And plaintiff having moved for an enlargement of time to perfect the appeals and consolidation of same, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is ordered that the motion is granted to the extent of consolidating the aforesaid appeals and permitting appellant to prosecute said appeals upon 10 copies of one record and of one set of appellant's points covering the appeals. The time to perfect the consolidated appeals is enlarged to the September 2017 Term.
