JOHN R. DEE, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Diana L. Leyden, Special Trial Judge

On April 21, 2024, petitioner filed an Objection to Motion for Summary Judgment (Index #77), and on May 31, 2024, petitioner filed a Second Supplement to Objection to Motion for Summary Judgment (Index #79). Both filings contain identifying information with respect to the third-party target taxpayer, and accordingly the Court will seal these filings. Petitioner is admonished that, pursuant to Rule 345(b), "in a whistleblower action, a party or nonparty making [a] filing shall refrain from including, or shall take appropriate steps to redact, the name, address, and other identifying information of the taxpayer to whom the claim related."

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on the Court's own motion, the above-referenced filings shall be sealed from public view. It is further

ORDERED that the above-referenced filings shall not be inspected by any person or entity not a party to this case, except by an Order of the Court.
