Pending in this case is respondent's Motion to Modify Order Dated February 10, 2020 (Index #37) (motion). On July 14, 2022, the Court served an Order to Show Cause (Index #60) for respondent to show cause why the Court should not deny his motion. On November 9, 2023, the Court served an Order vacating its Order dated February 10, 2020. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion to Modify Order Dated February 10, 2020, is denied as moot. It is further

ORDERED that the Court's Order to Show Cause dated July 14, 2022, is hereby discharged.
