JOHN R. DEE, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan Chief Judge

On January 9, 2020, petitioner filed a Motion to Seal Case, requesting that this case be sealed. By Order dated January 27, 2020, the Court temporarily sealed this case pending disposition of petitioner's just-described motion. By Order served August 24, 2023, the Court denied petitioner's Motion to Seal Case and provided petitioner 30 days within which to appeal that Order. Upon further review of the record, it appears that petitioner has not filed any such Notice of Appeal. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the temporary seal on the entire record in this case is lifted.
