On order of the Court, the applications for leave to appeal and the motion to hold in abeyance are considered and, it appearing to this Court that the cases of Cooper v Wade (Docket No. 107421) and In Re Henderson (Docket No. 110360) are pending on appeal before this Court and that the decision in those cases may impact the present applications for leave to appeal, we GRANT the motion and ORDER that the applications be held in ABEYANCE pending the decision in those cases.
