Order denying defendant's motion to strike out certain parties as plaintiffs in the action, to strike out certain portions of the complaint, and to direct plaintiffs to serve an amended complaint, unanimously affirmed, with twenty dollars costs and disbursements, with leave to the defendant to answer within twenty days after service of order upon payment of said costs. No opinion.
