DIVORCE, § 103 — when petition to vacate divorce decree is too late. When more than four months had elapsed after final divorce decree was regularly entered, court was without power, on motion or petition, to vacate or modify decree in any manner except as to matters of form or clerical errors, and except where decree was void for want of jurisdiction in court entering same.
