Appeal from an order of Supreme Court at Special Term, entered in Rensselaer County, which denied a motion by defendant, City of Troy, for a protective order. We have approved discovery under similar circumstances. ( Long v. State of New York, 33 A.D.2d 621. ) Order affirmed, without costs. Herlihy, P.J., Staley, Jr., Greenblott, Cooke and Simons, JJ., concur.
