Action for the dissolution of a marriage, and for other relief, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of New London and tried to the court, Burns, J.; judgment dissolving the marriage and granting certain other relief; thereafter, the court, Hurley, J., granted the plaintiff's motion for a mistrial and rendered judgment ordering a new trial, from which the defendant appealed to this court. Affirmed.
