ORDER

KAPLAN, District Judge.

By memo endorsement, the Court recently denied defendant's request for relief from the confidentiality order in this matter. The Court, however, today received a further submission by defendant in support of that application. Accordingly, the Court sua sponte treats the latest letter as a request for reconsideration. Reconsideration is granted. On reconsideration in light of defendant's additional submission, the application again is denied.
