Opinion

Nos. 88-0205, 90-2451.

November 14, 1990.

Petition for writ of certiorari to the Circuit Court for Broward County; Robert J. Fogan, Judge.

A. Matthew Miller of Miller, Schwartz Miller, P.A., Hollywood, for petitioner.

Jay A. Schwartz of Pershes Schwartz, P.A., Plantation, for respondent.

We grant certiorari and direct the trial court to grant petitioner her rights under Rule 1.490(h), Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, before considering the general master's report. The trial court should also maintain the status quo until a trial is conducted on the respondent's petition for modification.

HERSEY, C.J., and ANSTEAD and LETTS, JJ., concur.
