ORDER

This case is calendared for trial during the Court's Las Vegas, Nevada trial session on December 12, 2022. On or about November 18, 2022, the parties filed a status report and informed the Court that a basis for settlement has been reached in this matter. The parties are requesting 60 days to submit a proposed decision in this matter.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's Las Vegas, Nevada trial session beginning on December 12, 2022, and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before January 20, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
