Mark DeBOWER, Plaintiff–Appellee/Cross–Appellant, v. COUNTY OF BREMER, Iowa, Duane Hildebrandt, in His Individual and Official Capacities, and Dennis Miller, in His Individual and Official Capacities, Defendants–Appellants/Cross–Appellees.

Appeal from the Iowa District Court for Bremer County, Rustin T. Davenport, Judge. The defendants appeal from the jury verdicts entered in favor of Mark DeBower in this 42 U.S.C. § 1983 and state law conversion action. DeBower cross-appeals from the court's post-trial rulings.
