The petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See Times Pub. Co. v. Ake, 645 So. 2d 1003, 1004 (Fla. 2d DCA 1994) (holding that "chapter 119 does not apply to the judiciary or judicial records"), approved, 660 So. 2d 255 (Fla. 1995) ; Fla. R. Jud. Admin. 2.420(c)(1). The petitioner's motion to consolidate is denied as moot.
