STIPULATION AND ORDER RESCHEDULING MOTION HEARING


Plaintiff, by and through his attorney of record, Thomas G. Roche, Esquire, and defendant. Jo Anne B. Barnhart, Commissioner, Social Security Administration, by and through her attorneys of record, Carol C. Lam, United States Attorney, and David B. Wallace, Assistant U.S. Attorney, hereby stipulate that the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment, presently scheduled for hearing on October 10, 2005, may be rescheduled for hearing on November 14, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. The parties' remaining briefing on the motions will be in accord with Civil Local Rule 7.1(e.7).

SO STIPULATED.

ORDER

IT HEREBY IS ORDERED that the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment, presently scheduled for hearing on October 10, 2005, are rescheduled for hearing on November 14, 2005 at 10:00 a.m., without oral argument.
