Barnhart, Commissioner, Social Security Administration, by and through her attorneys of record, Carol C. Lam, United States Attorney, and David B. Wallace, Assistant U.S. Attorney, hereby stipulate that the parties' cross-motions for summary judgment, presently scheduled for hearing on October 10, 2005, may be rescheduled for hearing on November 14, 2005 at 10:00 a.m. The parties' remaining briefing on the motions will be in accord with Civil Local Rule 7.1(e.7).
