By order dated April 23, 2021, this case was remanded to respondent's Office of Appeals for further consideration. On August 13, 2021, respondent filed with the Court Respondent's Status Report which indicates that a supplemental hearing was held, and that the Settlement Officer required additional time to complete the supplemental determination based on that hearing.
After due consideration, and for cause, it is hereby
ORDERED that, on or before November 24, 2021, the parties shall file with the Court either separate or joint status reports as to the then present status of this case.
