We REINSTATE this appeal.

The motion of appellant's attorney, Katherine Ferguson, to withdraw from representing appellant is GRANTED, and we DIRECT the Clerk to remove Ms. Ferguson as appellant's counsel of record.

On November 30, 2023, the trial court appointed attorney Jason Duff to represent appellant on appeal. We DIRECT the Clerk to add Mr. Duff as appellant's counsel of record.

Appellant's brief was due December 1, 2023. We ORDER Mr. Duff to file appellant's brief and a motion for extension of time to file the brief within TEN DAYS of the date of this order. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.8(b)(2).
