On Remand from the Alabama Supreme Court

KELLUM, Judge.

In accordance with the Alabama Supreme Court's opinion in Ex parte Dearman, 322 So. 3d 5 (Ala. 2020), we reverse the circuit court's judgment finding H. Chase Dearman in direct contempt and remand this case to the circuit court for proceedings consistent with the Supreme Court's opinion.

REVERSED AND REMANDED.

Windom, P.J., and McCool, Cole, and Minor, JJ., concur.
