By order of December 21, 2023, the application for leave to appeal the August 17, 2023 judgment of the Court of Appeals was held in abeyance pending the decision in True Care Physical Therapy, PLLC v Auto Club Group Ins Co (Docket No. 165845). On order of the Court, leave to appeal having been denied in True Care Physical Therapy, PLLC on April 26, 2024, __Mich __ (2024), the application is again considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the question presented should be reviewed by this Court.
