STIPULATION FOR DISMISSAL AS TO DEFENDANT HOSPITALITY STAR, INC. PURSUANT TO FRCP 41(a)(1)


IT IS STIPULATED by and between the parties hereto that this action be dismissed with prejudice as to HOSPITALITY STAR, INC. Each party is to bear his/its own attorneys' fees and costs. This stipulation is made as a result of settlement of the action.

The Court shall retain jurisdiction over all disputes between (among) the parties arising out of the settlement agreement, including but not limited to interpretation and enforcement of the terms thereof.

IT IS SO STIPULATED.

IT IS SO ORDERED.
