ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge.

On July 3, 2023, the Court entered a Stipulated Decision in the above-docketed case. Subsequently, the parties determined that errors had been made in the originally submitted decision documents, and on August 21, 2023, respondent filed a Motion To Vacate. Respondent additionally indicated in the motion that petitioner had no objection to the granting thereof.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's just-referenced Motion To Vacate is granted, and the Stipulated Decision entered July 3, 2023, is hereby vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that the Proposed Stipulated Decision filed June 27, 2023, is stricken from the Court's record in this case. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before September 6, 2023, the parties shall file a revised Proposed Stipulated Decision disposing of this case.
