ORDER
By order entered on June 15, 2016, the Court directed Official Court Reporter Sharina A. Fowler to file a supplemental reporter's record containing copies of the DVD exhibits admitted into evidence as State's Exhibit 105 and Defense Exhibit 63. To date, Fowler has not complied with the Court's order, and the State has requested a second extension of time to file its brief until after the exhibits are filed.
The State's July 26, 2016 second motion for extension of time to file its brief is GRANTED. The time to file the State's brief is extended until THIRTY DAYS from the date of this order.
We ORDER Official Court Reporter Sharina A. Fowler to file, within FIFTEEN days of the date of this order, a supplemental reporter's record that includes copies of the DVD exhibits admitted into evidence as State's Exhibit 105 and Defense Exhibit 63. If Fowler fails to file the requested exhibits as ordered, the Court will order that she not sit as a court reporter until the exhibits are filed.
WE DIRECT the Clerk of the Court to send a copy of this order by electronic transmission to the Honorable Carter Thompson, presiding judge, Criminal District Court No. 5; Sharina A. Fowler, official court reporter, Criminal District Court No. 5; and to counsel for the parties.
