Judgment of the Municipal Court reversed on the authority of McCosker v. Long Island R.R. Co. ( 84 N.Y. 77), and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event. Hirschberg, P.J., Bartlett, Woodward, Jenks and Hooker, JJ., concurred.
