Order and judgment, Supreme Court, New York County, entered on March 17, 1977 and April 1, 1977, respectively, unanimously affirmed for the reasons stated by Greenfield, J., at Special Term. Respondents shall recover of appellants $75 costs and disbursements of this appeal.
