This case is calendared for trial at the February 22, 2022, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, remote Trial Session of the Court. On March 1, 2021, petitioner filed the petition in this case disputing respondent's determination for the 2019 tax year. On July 8, 2021, respondent filed the Answer in this case. On February 1, 2022, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation and a Proposed Stipulated Decision. Further review of the record reveals that a complete copy of the notice of deficiency issued to petitioner for tax year 2019 was not attached to the petition or the answer. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 17, 2022, respondent shall file a response to this Order attaching thereto the Notice of Deficiency issued to petitioner for tax year 2019.

This case remains calendared for trial at the Court's February 22, 2022, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania remote trial session.
